Refund & Cancellation Policy

placd Pro is a digital product that unlocks access to practice content, the code judge, and AI features for a fixed period. Because access is delivered in full the moment you pay, all sales are final. This policy explains our no-refund position and the narrow exceptions for billing errors. It applies to all purchases made through our payment partner, Razorpay.
What you are buying
A placd Pro plan is a one-time purchase that grants Pro access for a fixed duration (Yearly = 365 days, 2-Year = 730 days) from the moment of payment. It is not a recurring subscription — nothing is auto-charged when the period ends, and there is no auto-renewal to cancel.
Prices are shown in Indian rupees at checkout and include applicable taxes. Payment is collected by Razorpay via UPI, cards, or net-banking.
All sales are final — no refunds
placd Pro unlocks the full library of paid content and AI features immediately on purchase, so payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of use, partial use, or dissatisfaction once a plan is active.
To help you decide before you pay, placd is free to start: every account gets a curated free sample path so you can try the product first. Please use the free tier to evaluate placd before upgrading.
Billing errors we always fix
The no-refund policy applies to delivered access — not to money taken for access you never received. We will always correct genuine billing errors: if you were charged but your account was not upgraded, if you were charged more than once for the same plan, or if the wrong amount was taken.
If money was debited but your account was not upgraded, do not pay again — email us with your registered email and the Razorpay payment reference and we will either complete the upgrade or return the amount. Approved corrections are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay and typically settle within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or UPI provider.
Cancellation
Since Pro is a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal, there is nothing to cancel to stop future billing — your access simply ends when the period expires. You can stop using placd at any time, and you can delete your account from your profile settings.
