Basic technical data (device, browser, and usage logs) to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use it

To run your account, save your progress, generate AI feedback on your submissions, process payments, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us operate placd — for example our hosting and database provider (Supabase) and our payment partner (Razorpay) — under agreements that limit their use of your data. We may disclose data if required by law.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and retain it only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can access, correct, or delete your account data, and opt out of non-essential communications. To make a request, email arivoli@swatsys.com.
